Format: Dead Weight. Point Limit: 570 points, classic pricing. Figure/Hex Limit: 17 figure limit/no hex limit. This format is Dead Weight, which means for every unit you bring, you MUST bring its accompanying Dead Weight unit. For example, if you have Alastair MacDirk in your army, you must also have Sharwin Wildborn in your army, and vice versa. For every copy of a common card you draft, you must draft the appropriate amount of accompanying common cards. If you have 2x Knights of Weston, you must also have 2x Grok Riders. Listen up, benchwarmers! The varsity is struggling out there. I need you to step up. This is your moment! Format Restrictions: Varsity: Point Limit: 240 Points Figure Limit: 10 Figures All A+ Units are restricted No Marvel or AoA The varsity restrictions are set and may NOT change. Your varsity may never be more than 240 points, 10 figures. Everyone may bring "benchwarmers" in addition to their varsity. Before each match, the players will combine their varsity and benchwarmers into a single army and play it. Benchwarmers: 220 points 12 figures Only units ranked C or lower in dok’s VC Inclusive power rankings (listed below). No Marvel or AoA. Your benchwarmers may “borrow” points and figures from your varsity. For example, if you only bring 8 figures and 200 points in your varsity, sparing 2 figures and 40 points, then you may add that to your benchwarmers restrictions to allow for 260 points, 14 figures. This does NOT work the other way around. Your combined army will never be more than 460 points, 22 figures. Players will submit their varsity and benchwarmers as one army! Welcome to the Star City, where frights and fear abound! In celebration of National Heroscape Day, Mana Games will be hosting a tournament featuring things that go bump in the night! Format: Wandering Monster Mash 570 points (Delta pricing), 14 figure limit, 25 hex limit Banned: No VC, Marvel, or unreleased AoA unit proxies You must have at least 380 points worth of large or huge figures in your army. The builder will not keep track of this; please double-check your armies! (If you are over on figures or hexes, you may drop figures until you are under the limit.) Each map will have a Wandering Monster designated for it. The monster will not start on the board, but after Round 1 ends (before placing Order Markers for Round 2) it will appear on a pre-marked space on the board. (If a monster space is occupied when it spawns, the opponent of the figure on the space may place the monster on a space adjacent to that figure.) All monsters are neutral figures with the following rules: Both players may place up to 1 Order Marker per round on a Wandering Monster's Army Card. When an Order Marker is revealed for a Wandering Monster, that player controls that figure for the duration of its turn. After that turn, the figure becomes Neutral and is not controlled by either player. While the figure is Neutral, all players treat it as an opponent's figure.
